Remove (at the electric motor) the push pull metal rod that connects the
electric motor (on the programmer) to the heater door, pull all the way,
should be full hot one way, the other way full cold, listen to the
programmer when changing from hot to cold, if the electric motor "clicks"
the gears are shot (in the electric motor),
