Why is this happening?

I use Netscape 4.02. Sometimes when I get the QDigest, it's
there, ready to be scrolled through, nice and easy. Other
times, nothing is there but a link that says "Part1." When
the link is selected, it allows the QDigest to be saved, and
I then have to open it in WordPad to read it. NOT nice and
easy. Why is this happening? Is there someway to always get
the QDigest, so its ready to read. Or can one set Netscape
so it will open the link and allow you to read the text, as
opposed to having to save it. Sorry about the Non-Q
bandwith, but it's really bugging me. That it's consistently
inconsistent bugs me even more. TIA for your collective
