Power antenna needed

While I was tinkering with my 5ks a while back, I found the power
antenna is worn out. I pulled it apart to see if it was fixable, doesn't
look like it. It will not go up and it makes a grinding sound.

Does anybody have one of these laying around they want to get rid of
cheap? I know they are very expensive at the dealer and over $100 for an
antenna is not in the budget.

Maybe someone has a suggestion for fixing them?
