Re: heater fan trouble-shooting



I hate to bring it up now but your first step should have been to see if
your
heater blower is getting power.  One connector under the cowl cover
and a 12v test light is all you need.  Turn the climate control on with
fan set to high.  Should get a light. If not, continue on your present
course
but I'd bet it's your blower.  I had similar symptoms.  If you catch it
now,
you can probably put new brushes in.  I messed around with mine, poking
at the
brushes, and ended up with a misplaced brush and a ruined commutator.
