Ah, finally, the discussion moves to that group of people whom
I despise even more than the members of Team Door Handle...
Roadway Engineers!
If you ever need to know why, and your travels take you through
Louisville, Kentucky, make sure you travel through the confluence
of I-65, I-64, and I-71, and do it between 7:30am and 9am or 5pm to
6pm. This mess near the John F. Kennedy Memorial Bridge (I-65)
is known locally as Spaghetti Junction.
You just have to see it; I can't describe how insane it is.
And in this thread, someone else made a lament about people who
rush to the "end of the lane" before merging. Around here, we do that
to get around the people who have come to a COMPLETE STOP on
the entrance/exist ramps as they "wait for a good time to go".
And yes, I've considerd mounting ordnance on my cars...
