Look in your local yellow pages (I'm assuming here that you are in the US)
and find something along the lines of "Dent Wizard" or paintless dent/ding
repair. I had a golf ball sized "ding" in my left rear door and a company called
DingMan did a great job repairing it; cost ~$100 - $120, can't remember now.
