Just wanted to add that often high beam signal if it's very short (even
don't light at full power) , it's 'kind' sign meaning 'you can drive', but
if it's short and frequent, then it means 'get out of the way'.
But if high beam is used against oposite driving ones, than it usualy
means, that soon you'll see police post.
