Hey, I resemble that description!  My building was once an oil delivery
company shed, 6 ten foot garage doors opening into 72' x 42' of space. 
A "lean-to" was added to the rear, 21' x 36' and serves as my living
space, basically.  Only one garage door remains but it still opens into
a 28' x 36' heated werehouse (sic) and workshop area.  Still in need of
an electric guitar door opener.
