I gas-flowed the head, intake and 2-piece EM on the ur-q KUQEFH.
I made many other changes at the same time as these pieces were
installed, but I believe that there are real benefits. On CIS cars the
airflow meter will automatically compensate for the increased airflow
up to the limits of the flow capabilities of the meter the fool distributor. 
You might get most of the benefits by simply port-matching everything.
