Speaking of auxiliary lighting...

Last night I finally got to try out my PIAA 959/extra low beam
combination.  The "extra lows" are h4's, 80 watt lows, in series instead
of parallel.  Almost no light, just enough for other drivers to be able
to identify the size and shape of my car.  At 40 and below (mandatory in
fresh unplowed snow) the combination is perfect and truly minimized (or
is that minimised - what country am I in?) reflected glare from the snow
falling in my face.
