Dunlop is a British Co, which has been recently bought by the Japanese.
They have factories all over the world. I just checked all three sets of
SP8000 that I have in my garage:
-two sets were bought here and were made in Japan.
-one set, that my A4 came with, was made in Germany.

Dunlop, among other merits, has invented pneumatic tire (tyre).
