Audi 200TQ - what Bentley manual do I need for it?

Hi all,

A friend of mine wants to get Bentley manual for whatever US model is
similar to 200TQ (he is aware that the manual will be for US model,
some things will be different from Euro versions). What book does he
deed and how much (approx.) does it cost? If it helps:
