A6/100CS Quattro question

hi,

i've been contemplating what my next car may be and have been considering 
a 100CSQ (1994) or the A6 Q  both with the 5 speed manual transmission.

does anyone know what the differences are (such as headlights, interior, 
wheels or EDL)?  how about the performance...handling, gas mileage, 
acceleration?

and lastly, reliability  such as visits to the shop per year.
