heater core 4kq

It should be under the center of the dashboard.  Some AC stuff in the
way...
You are replacing the two hoses while you're in there I hope.

Just got in my heater core in from 1-800-VW-Parts, for my 84 4000q.
To make my life more easy, where exactly is the core located at.
How do I get to it?
Are there any tricks I should know before I get stuck?
I'm hoping to take all day tomorrow, got to be done by Sun. for the
Rallycrossin NY.
