UFO Brake Question

I have the opportunity to purchase front brakes from a 1996 S6, and I
will put them on my 1991 200Q sedan. Three questions:

One, will these brakes bolt onto the 1991 hub?

Two, if not, will the front and rear struts and springs (which are also
available) bolt into the 1991 car? Side note: are the front spindles
pressed into the carrier bearing?

Three, will these springs and shocks/inserts significantly improve the
handling?

Speedy responses appreciated; I'd like to do the work this weekend.
