speedometer adjustment

My speedometer is reading around 10-15% too high(percentage decreases with
speed.)

Someone posted a similar question quite some time ago, and someone in reply
posted a address/phone # of a show that can do the adjustment; can someone
re-post it?
Other helpful info would be typical turnaround time and expense.
