Vehicle Alignment Questions

Recently, a lister (Phil Payne?) posted a set of alternate alignment 
specs for either the 4kq or ur-Q. I've wondered about this for a 
while.

Does anyone have a set of alternate alignment specs for the 5kqs?
I'd have to characterize our roads around here as "bad". Everywhere.
In my experience, only New Jersey has worse roads.

And also, how often do you 5kq owners have to re-align your car?
