Get a knock sendor code,

Someone out there who is should look to see if the rubber boot over the air
temp sensor has got water in it.

My light was coming on all the way to Charlotte Speedway and back. 
Cruising fine.  Dip ino the throttle and "light"!

Got home and poked around.  Went to measure the sensor resistance and found
the water. Water has the resistance of a brick, or at least the very hot
charge air the ECU thought I had.

The terminals under the boot are exposed so the water will short the
sender.

Dry it out.
