Tony,
I just recently did the clutch on my 87 5KTQ and it was a little time
consumuing but I tend to do things a little slow especially the first time
through. The flat rate was 9-10 hrs. at 50-60$/hr. I spent about 18 hrs. doing
mine, not counting time spent taking the flywheel to get turned.. I had  my
neighbor help me put it back in (cost me a case of beer) - it is alot easier
to wrestle it back up and in with two people. Invest in a shop manual before
you start even a cheap Haynes ($12.95 at Pep Boys) gives good information on
clutch R&R.
