I think for newer cars (OBD III) that are shipped to the US, they all
conform to Cali/MA standards... older models still in the lineup, such
as the Cabriolet, which do not conform to Cali/Ma standards, are not
sold in Ma, California or any of the states which surround Ca or Ma.
