Hi Kirby;

    If you flame sprayed the rotors I suspect you would have to anneal them
to remove residual thermal stress before machining, otherwise they may warp
if you got them good and hot during braking.
    To minimize stress, you would probably have to flame spray both faces
simultaneously.
    It's probably cheaper to buy new rotors.
