a) They're friggin' expensive.
 
b) Roger Galvin has shod his V8Q with them.  I've driven the car, and IMO 
   they're as good as the P700Zs on my ur-quattro.  I think 'refined' is
   the best description - they do as much of everything as you want a tyre
   to do, without being noticeably weak in any aspect.  A balanced package.
 
c) They're friggin' expensive.
