Maybe the non-Q is different, but on my '93 100CSQ, I had no problem
getting to both caliper bolts.  Come to think of it, I don't remember
the bolts being hex headed - just standard bolts.  Fronts were the same,
as were the rear calipers for my '88 90Q. 

The trickiest thing for me was to get the piston back into the caliper
without the proper tool!
