Techron gone from the market

Just two weeks ago, I bought a bottle of Chevron Techron at the
local Wal-Mart for the 5kcstq. Then, early last week, I went back 
to buy another bottle, one for the Coupe GT, and it was gone!

In it's place is Chevron Proguard (with Techron), in the same sized
bottle for half the price.

Does anyone know what the marketing geniuses have done to us 
this time? If it's half the price, it must have half the content (or
less) of Techron than it did before. And what, pray tell, did they
add?
