Who has good pricing and experience with PIAA bulbs

Holly Cow,  I was just quoted $37.00 each for 55/60W PIAA Amber H4 bulbs (PN
14460).  Are these things really worth that?  I am trying to get set up as a
wholesale account with one of there distributors but these things will still
be @ $30.00 each which seem crazy expensive when I can buy a "white" H4 bulb
for $10.00.  Would love to hear from somebody that has experence with these
things.
