disabling an ur-quattro

You could kill the Hall sensor this way, and leave the cigarette lighter
functional. Just wire a relay across the heater contacts, and run the Hall
sensor wire through the contacts closed when the heater is on.
Just get into the car, press the cigar lighter, and start the engine. By the
time it's warm and opens the relay, the engine will be running.
