'98 A6 factory CD changer

Does anyone know how much the CD changer for the 98 A6 Concert radio sells
for in the US of A?  A friend of mine is in need of one, and the darn thing
costs near one thousand US dollars here.  Sure, I'll sell it to him, but if
he can pick it up while in the states (he travels frequently) I'll gldly
help him save a few bucks.  The changer has part number 4B0 035 111 and the
bracket is 4B5 035 115.  He will also need the cable to connect to radio
(not standard in Europe) 4B0 060 735.  If anyone has any of these prices, I
would be thankful to find out.
