BTDT, these things are close kin to hens teeth. Turns out that GM trucks
and P-cars use M14x1.5, but they don't use the ball taper. I ended up
buying grade 5 threaded rod, and cutting it up into studs. Then I bought
a set of nuts to match the BBS wheels I bought which have a straight
taper, so I didn't have to deal with the ball taper. If you can find ball
taper nuts, then you could go the stud route like I did. It cost me about
25 bux for a 2 foot length of threaded rod. I needed 1.5 lengths, and I
choked at the cost, but did it anyway. I ended up with 50 bux into the
project, but it was well worth it - I _hate_ wheel bolts. I much prefer
studs.
