In NA, call Enco, Inc at (800)USE-ENCO. Order PN 311-4331. It's $8.10.
Enco is a big seller of typically gyppo imported machine-type tools and
accessories. I've used many of their ground tools (drill bits, taps,
lathe inserts, etc) without a problem and at cost savings.
