Germans are like that.  There is no cultural inhibition about blood and guts - 
if someone gets blown to bits and they're famous - they print the picture.
 
Was it Rajiv Ghandi who was eviscerated by a suicide bomber?  They printed the 
picture of his body.  Their take is: This is what happened.  You can look away.
