RE: UrQ / 4000/ coupe heater core replacement

others out here are definitely interested in hearing about it. (like me :)

So I'm into the beginning of the heater core replacement on my UrQ and I have 
a question or two. I have been told that I have to remove the AC evaporator to 
access the heater core. I have removed the screws under the fresh air inlet 
box, is the last step to remove the inlet and outlet hoses after discharging 
the system? Have I missed any screws or bolts here?  I can see one connection, 
is the other one in the engine compartment?

When that's out of the way do I access the core from the passenger side access 
panel in the plastic heater box or do I have to split the box in two (there 
are clips that hold the two halves together)? Any hints or helpful suggestions 
are appreciated. This is a PITA job that's up there with the engine mount.
