4kq spotted - Evanston, IL

Spotted:

Black 4kq -- 85 or newer, in the Evanston area.  Travelling North on
McCormick Blvd.  Interesting because it had projector beam driving lights
(nice) and the Treser rear tailight kit ala. our EC-savvy lister, Duane
Hale.

A lister, perhaps?
