I have heard that state farm sux(as do most ins cos). Geico too, especially.
Geico lobbies to outlaw RDs, etc, avoid them like The Plague. 
Time to find a new ins co......

Not true in WA with State Farm.  They must see glass 'damage' before
they will pay.
