We've been with State Farm for last 15 years now. I guess my local branch
ain't that bad. I've done several claims (none my fault) and the claim
process is okay. One thing I learned is when reporting the condition in
which the accident happened, be vague as possible. (: Although I don't
know what'll happen if you want to claim a pitted windshield, for example.
