GEICO Donations

Gee, I wonder where GEICO got the $3.2 mill from?  What
(just thinking out loud here) if one used speeding tickets
as an excuse to raise insurance rates. Then one took some of
the raised-rate profits and donated them to Law Enf, so they
could become more efficent at handing out tickets, which
would provide further opportunities to raise insurance
rates?

I would never even remotely suggest that GEICO would do such
a thing and I'm sure they donated the $3.2 mill out of the
sheer kindness in there hearts.  GregJ
