RE: 5000CST Euros

Neither European 100 nor 200 headlamps have integrated fog lights. Fog
lights were located in the bumper on these cars. Trapezoid 100 headlamps
carry single H4 bulb and the square 200 headlamps have additional H1 high
beam bulb. This additional H1 light can't be used as DRL (too bright) nor
fog light (different beam pattern). It provides *excellent* high-beam
efficiency, though.
The 200 headlamps are a direct fit to your 5KT, provided you get white
European side markers as well (amber US-spec side markers have to be cut to
fit). Trapezoid 100 lamps require the grille, the side markers and possibly
some other trim pieces to be changed.
The "city lights" are rather called "parking lights" in Europe, cause their
main purpose is to be left on while the car is parked on dark street. This
is simply 5W bulb screwed into the reflector, so it's completely unusable
for any other purposes.
