A while back I researched this and found there is no single supplier. (That is
publically available that is.) These must be orderd via parts channels for the
various radio manufacturers--with the bulbs! :( 

I would love to hear otherwise from any car audio tech types out there as I
don't work on much car audio these days. I can look up part numbers for some
major brands if that helps anyone.
