'91Q Cruise Control

Many public thanks to Joe Yakubik for taking the time to write up his
cruise control troubleshooting techniques. Armed with this, the Bentley,
and a VOM I was able to narrow it down to a bad switch within 20
minutes. At $171 from the dealer it wasn't a cheap fix, but it was an
accurate one.
