2084 tool - to loan/buy used or new(where)

	hope to do timing belt work the "regular" way - ie no fancy gymnastics

	I'm in southern ontario. looking for someone who would be interested
 in loaning me the 2084 tool. I would assure safe delivery via courier
service.

	failing that, any clues as to where to buy, best price, etc.
