Are yougoing to run real SCCA Solo II events? If so, which class do you
want to run? That car I believe runs FS or ESP.

If you don't want to get into ESP, then you can't do very much at all
except shocks, pads and stock-sized wheels. The stock wheels are
probably some of the lightest you canget forthat car, so there wouldn't
be much benefit to going into aftermarket. You should at least mount up
some sticky tires to those wheels. Get the biggest you can fit on your
wheels.

Personally, I'd tackle ESP, where you can change the suspension to a
coilover (Scott Justusson has that under control) the brakes must be
stock, but pads are free. The exhaust is free (3" exhaust with no cat),
antheintake is free. ALthough you can't change the boost control
mechanism, there are things you can do to get lots more power by tuning
the intake and exhaust systems for better flow. The big advantage in ESP
though is that wheels/tires are free aslong as they are DOT certified.
That means you could run some big 17" wheelstires with sticky BFG R1s.
If you did all of these things I _think_ you could be competitive at least
at a regional level. Certainly if it rained :-)
