Ive had this problem on my car for a long time.  I got a stonechip in the lens
and moisture was getting in.  Eventualy I took the assenbly off the car sealed
the hole and let the headlight dry out before returning it to the car.  The
problem was that the moisture inside the light had ruined the chrome/mirror
inside the headlight.  I put it back anyway and a couple of weeks later there
was again water in the light.  Anyway, I ended up going to a u-pull-it place
and bought the whole thing including sidemarker for $ 20.  Deal eh!
