No, but, with 4 different Koni-equipped vehicles and 15+ years of
experience with Konis including racing I have never had the need
to take them up on the warranty. This is afterall the best possible
scenario - products so good that the warranty is moot. If I did need
to dig up receipts and also to provide a registration I too would be
most displeased.
