Water in Headlight

Can you drill a small hole in the bottom to drain the headlight & the seal
the leak?

I don't know if you CAN, but I know we DID.  Over 1/2 inch of water had
accumulated, eventually sloshed onto the bulb with forseeable results.  Pulled
the assembly and drilled two small holes in the bottom of the assembly.  Seems
to have resolved the problem.
