100E origins

It's the gerund, and therefore a noun.  Needs a capital letter - otherwise OK.
 
Exactly what form of the "Einspritz.." idea it stands for, I don't know.

No one has ever known what that "T" stands for.

I have that gearbox in my present (1982) Passat.  But we were talking, I
believe, about a slushbox 100E.
