Didn't say I was innocent.  I am quite familiar with this language.  I
would not expect my bank clerk to use it, and I would not expect to read
it on an internet mailing list (see Dan's post re: netiquette).  Thus I
was shocked.  

I also think that one of the frequent justifications for the use of foul
language, "shock value," is of very low artistic and communicative
quality.  Not that it should be outlawed by any means!
