Re: Anti lock brakes-Broke?

Hey howboutthat, right on the money. Relay is under right side of dash. Either
remove the cap exposing a square hole giving access to relay's or remove the lower
cover (only about five screws) to get at it.

Now another question. Do Audi ABS systems make a weird sound when it operates (most
people never experience the thing in operation). The sound I am talking about is
not the the typical thumps and shaking pedal like many other systems, but a strange
sound coming from the ABS valve (mechanical control unit). This sound is like a,
cordless drill revving up accompanied by some other sounds (closest description I
can think of).

Does this sound familiar at all?

I have never heard the thing work cause it was broken when I got it.

MAX   :-}
