Detroit transmission shop

My dauther has my 89 100 5 speed in Detroit and is experiencing a clutch
problem which needs to be diagnosed and repair. A fellow employee referred
her to Westland Transmission operated by a gentlemen named Tony Duva.  I
would prefer to have the car attended to there rather than returnig to it
to the Pittsburg area and risk a breakdown on route.  She is to take the
car in for an inspection on Monday.  If anyone has any knowlede of the
reputation of this shop, I would appreciate your insight. Simple ranking
such as -  good - better - best would help guide me in this matter.  Also,
any referral to a good all round mechanic who is  honorable and charges a
fair price.
