the static ratio is obtained by the design on the invex gears, and the use
of
thrust washers on the side gears....

Sorry, if I threw in some confusing terms and added to the haze. My meaning
of static was never changing, under any condition. I know that you can
change the nominal split (which others have labelled as bias) and have the
torsen do its distribution about that point.
