Two primary possibilities:
1.  Resistor for your heater fan is bad.  Easy to replace....behind glove
box.  Pretty cheap also.
2.  Fan switch.  If the different speeds on your fan have been
'disappearing' over time, that's probably the case.  Very common on the 90q.
