Not on my car it won't.  Even with a full tank and the toolkit aboard, I'll get 
understeer first.  I can only get balanced behaviour in these circumstances 
with the power on.  The only wobble I get is if I hit a patch of grease or oil 
with the back end when it's under power - and I suspect that is the rear 
differential doing its 'limited slip' bit.
